The Links at Brunello Gift Cards can be purchased for any denomination. Cards purchased online will be shipped within 24-48 hours unless requested for onsite pick-up. Simply present the card for payment. The value will be deducted from your account and the remaining balance will be shown on your receipt. Continue to use the card until the balance is depleted or re-load at any time online or in the Golf Shop.

Gift Card purchases are non-refundable. Should you have completed a transaction in error, please forward your email confirmation along with a description of the error, to info@thelinksatbrunello.com within 24 hours.

With access to miles of hiking trails and golf cart paths, cross-country skiing at Brunello is available during the winter months. Brunello Day Pass holders have access to both skate and classic skiing on our groomed trails on the natural snow loop of golf course cart paths and artificial snow making and night skiing on the Brunello Range. The cart paths are not wide enough to set separate classic tracks, but if snow depth permits, they will be set on the driving range. The Brunello Range is suitable for beginners. The Natural Snow Loop is more advanced due to steep hills and turns. The Natural Snow Loop is included with SCOTIA XC Membership and if members are interested in the artificial snowmaking area, please contact the club directly to add on the Brunello Range Pass option.
You must remain on the groomed trails at all times, we have staff driving around monitoring all the skiers, they will approach you if you are off the trail. Only skiing (no walking/no snowshoes) is permitted on the Brunello Range and Natural Snow Loop.

Snowshoeing at Brunello is available during the winter months. Snowshoeing is allowed on our Nine Mile Trail, which is located next to our snow bowl. Please check in with our staff at the clubhouse prior to going out, they will direct you where to go. We do not allow snow shoeing on the actual golf course, please respect this rule.

Tobogganing is as Canadian as ice skating. Have a fun time with the family sliding down the slopes by the 4th tee on the golf course! Tobogganing is only permitted on Hole #4. You can access via Hampshire Cres. / Devonshire Dr. Please refrain from tobogganing on all other holes.

After-sales service is just as important to us as service during the sale. If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased, we offer return or exchange on purchases you made in-store or on-line.
The Links at Brunello offers a 30 day return / exchange policy on all new or unused product in resalable condition. No corporate, custom equipment orders or club repairs will be refundable. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.
All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

MULTIPLE ITEM DISCOUNT RETURNS & “FREE ITEM” WITH PURCHASE RETURNS
When a regular priced item purchased during a multiple item discount event is returned, the discount on the second and subsequent item(s) is forfeited. All items can be returned for a full refund or the refund will be calculated from the total amount, less the full price of the retained item(s). Items purchased as part of a promotion offering a free item can be refunded with the return of all items. Individual items may be exchanged on a case-by-case basis.
GIFT CARDS:
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. After making a purchase, if you have a balance left on your gift card it will remain on your gift card. Multiple gift card balances can be consolidated to one gift card.

Protecting the privacy of your personal information is very important to us at The Links at Brunello Golf Course. Our privacy obligations are governed by Canadian privacy laws and applicable to The Links at Brunello. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us with your request and subject to any legal or contractual restrictions, we will note your preferences. Please allow us 30 days to update our records.

The Links at Brunello remains respectful of how the game is played, but we have adopted a more relaxed set of guidelines on the dress code and music to meet today’s golfer. We believe this adjustment is more conducive to today’s modern social environment. The game has evolved as other sports with both attire and culture; therefore our view is to keep the game accessible, memorable and fun.
Dress Guidelines: While traditional golf attire is encouraged it’s not required as we are denim friendly. What is worn on the professional tours for both men and women is deemed approved. What is not permitted is ripped or torn jeans, unhemmed cut-offs, athletic shorts, sweat pants, tank tops, undershirts, flip flops, athletic jerseys or halter-tops. Please note that management has the right to deem what is appropriate and not.
Music Guidelines: A growing number of amateurs and pros are bringing music to the range and out onto the course. We have adopted these trends and have our own version on how music will be permitted during play.
Open Air Music Guidelines: music will be permitted after the group has left their first tee until play on the final hole is concluded. Volume control is to be set to not exceed 15 yards from the cart and on mute if at a tee box with other golfers not in you grouping. If the music is greater than noted, management will have the right to take action. For you safety, earbuds are not permitted on the course at all times.
Earbud Music Guidelines: music played through earbuds is permitted only at the practice facility and putting green area. No golfer is permitted to drive a golf cart with earbuds in due to safety concerns.
Please respect the golfers in and around your group, and such guidelines will continue. Enjoy!

The highlights of the card consist of:
Preferred Golf Rates – Significant discounts per round on the posted rack rate.
Fully Transferable – Cards are fully transferable, share your Advantage Card with business associates, friends, and family without any restrictions.
Advanced Tee Time Bookings – Reserve your golf up to four weeks in advance for non-flex cards, and up to three weeks in advance for flex cards.
Flexibility – Play by the hole or full round.
Tee times can be reserved up to 4 weeks in advance for all non-flex cards and 3 weeks in advance for all flex cards. Tee-times cancelled within 7 days will be non-refundable unless filled by someone else. Full payment will be applied 7 days out, or at time of booking if within 7 days. Once the number of rounds has been used, payment will be by credit card on added rounds. Only one tee time per day may be scheduled. More than one tee time per day may be permitted subject to availability.
Not enough time to play 18 holes …. no problem. You can play as little as 1 hole up to the full 18 holes or any number in between and your Brunello Advantage Card will be charged “by the hole”.
For example the bronze card has 5 rounds which are equal to 90 holes and the card will be charged by the holes that are used.
When you’ve played at the Links at Brunello via greenfee, you can redeem the cost of the greenfee towards the purchase of an Advantage Card of any level. This applies to a maximum of two greenfee rounds, and may include the cost of greenfees for your entire foursome.
TWOSOME AND THREESOME EXCLUSIVE PLAY PROGRAM
Green fee and non-flex card players can now elect to keep your twosome or threesome private, preventing your group from being paired up with others for the duration of your game. The person booking the tee time must advise the golf shop or if reserving online, must indicate under the players’ names “exclusive player”.
From opening to May 31, 2024, and from September 9, 2024 to closing – For all non-flex card holders prior to 1:00 pm the group may pay the balance of the space at 50% of either the Advantage Card rate or greenfee rate if not a card holder. After 1:00 pm there is no additional fee.
From June 1, 2024 to September 8, 2024 – For all non-flex card holders prior to 1:00 pm the group may pay the balance of the space at 75% of either the Advantage Card rate or greenfee rate if not a card holder. After 1:00 pm you may pay the balance at 50% of either the Advantage Card rate or greenfee rate if not a card holder.

Rain Check Policy
If it is raining at your tee time you may choose to cancel for a full refund or may, if you wish, play some holes and we will only charge you for the holes you play. If it begins raining while you are playing, you may choose to stop at any time and we will only charge you for the holes that you played.
Advantage Cardholder Advanced Reservations and Cancellation Policy:
Tee times can be reserved up to four weeks in advance for non-flex cards, and up to three weeks in advance for flex cards. Tee times that are cancelled more than 7 days in advance of play will be subject to an administration fee of $10.00. Advance reservations cancelled within 7 days of intended play will be non-refundable unless the tee time can be filled, in which case an administration fee of $10 will apply. Once the number of Advantage Card rounds has been used, the named Advantage Card Member may purchase value added rounds. Only one tee time per day maybe scheduled although Brunello management may permit more than one tee time per day subject to availability. Changes to your tee time, whether cancelling in full or in part or making substitutions cannot be done on-line. Public Players Cancellation Policy:
At the time of booking, a valid credit card with expiry date is required to hold a tee time. Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to your tee time. Once we are within 72 hours of the booked tee time, any cancellations will result in the full booking being charged minus the replacement of fees applicable from any new group who then occupies the tee time. Changes to your tee time, whether cancelling in full or in part or making substitutions cannot be done on-line.
