Starter Marshal Volunteer

Golf Course Marshals play a vital role in ensuring a smooth pace of play and an enjoyable experience for all golfers. Responsibilities include monitoring the course, enforcing course policies, assisting players with any inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Marshals also help maintain order during busy times and communicate with the Golf Shop regarding any on-course issues. Strong communication skills, a friendly yet authoritative presence, and a passion for golf are key to this role.

Golf Shop Attendant & Outside Services

Golf Shop Attendants and Outside Services staff ensure a seamless experience for golfers by providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with retail sales, tee time management, and handling transactions in the Golf Shop, as well as staging and cleaning golf carts, maintaining the driving range, and assisting guests with their equipment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor are essential. A passion for golf and prior customer service experience are assets.

Junior Academy Camp Instructors

Junior Golf Academy Camp Instructors help young golfers develop their skills in a fun and supportive environment. Responsibilities include leading instructional sessions, organizing drills and activities, supervising campers, and fostering a positive learning experience. Prior coaching or teaching experience is an asset, along with a passion for golf and youth development.

Servers and Bartending

Restaurant Servers and Bartenders provide exceptional dining experiences by delivering attentive service and high-quality food and beverages. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Bartenders also prepare cocktails and ensure responsible beverage service. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are essential. Previous experience is an asset, but a passion for hospitality and customer service is key.

Kitchen Staff & Line Cooks

Kitchen Staff and Line Cooks play a key role in delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness while following health and safety standards. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential. Experience is an asset, but a passion for food and a positive attitude are just as important.

Turf & Maintenance Crew

Turf & Maintenance Crew members are responsible for maintaining the golf course to ensure optimal playing conditions. Responsibilities include mowing greens, fairways, and roughs, bunker maintenance, irrigation management, and general landscaping duties. Attention to detail, the ability to work early mornings, and a strong work ethic are essential. Experience in turf management or landscaping is an asset, but training is provided for those with a passion for outdoor work and golf course maintenance.
